ABOUT EMILY

I am a lawyer by training and have worked at senior levels in corporate, non-profit, and educational settings. Most recently, I was a senior administrator at a law school, where I worked individually with hundreds of law students to achieve their academic goals. I have trained others on mentoring and teaching young people and led programs on time management and self-care. Before becoming a higher education professional, I was a civil rights lawyer, where I litigated cases to protect LGBTQ+ families and their children. I am also a mom to two active kids and one very high energy dog.

My journey into coaching evolved organically, sparked by my observations of law students grappling with organizational challenges amidst the rigors of academia. Simultaneously, navigating my child's ADHD diagnosis illuminated the profound impact of executive function support. This realization ignited my passion for assisting individuals to foster a more manageable, structured, and fulfilling life. I am currently in the process of receiving an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certificate in Special Education Advocacy from the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA).

My blend of professional expertise and personal empathy fuels my dedication to coaching. I'm here to serve as your trusted guide, empowering you to navigate obstacles with confidence and clarity. I can’t wait to meet you!
