Can coaching replace therapy?
While coaching can be incredibly beneficial, it does not replace therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and future, aiming to help clients achieve specific goals and improve their life situation. Therapy often deals with psychological issues, past trauma, and emotional healing. Some clients find it beneficial to engage in both simultaneously.
I’m a parent, can you help my child who has ADHD?
Yes! I love working with young people. I am currently taking clients ages 12+. I can also work with parents of kids of all ages. The first step is an initial parent consultation.
My child has an IEP/504 Plan, and I am overwhelmed with how to continue advocating for support at school. Can you help?
Yes! I work with parents who want help advocating for their children in the classroom or at other activities. I can coach parents as they act as their own child’s advocates and can attend schools meetings as an advocate for your child.
